KTM LC4 Alu box 2

Hi friends,

Yesterday I began aluminium box weld. I don't have an experience with TIG technology, for me it's very dificult. If I want a good result it's very important 2 steps:

- Clean plate with chemical product (acetone)
- Before weld, warm up a plate with blowlamp (2-3 minutes) Diference time is for temperature blowlamp. It's important don't go fast, because flex plate.

When it began with TIG torch, first warm up a plates to link, when this 2 plates were melt, incorporate aluminium with stair rod, drop a drop and displace torch and aluminium stair rod in weld plate direction.

I began with short weld points, for all box, then it's not flex plate.
